Smash Mouth became the voice of the resistance then threw it all away


In the ’60s, they had Bob Dylan. In 2017, for one beautiful moment, Smash Mouth became our voice of protest. 

“That’s not good enough, you need to resign,” the band wrote on Twitter after U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself from any investigation into the Trump administration’s ties with Russian. 

Finally, the people had found their champion.
